Facebook Business Manager - Organize Your Ads, Pages, Pixels and more
When you manage a Facebook page, ads and need to share permissions with new people, it can seem overwhelming. To solve this, Facebook provides a tool for account administrators to manage everything in one place. It's called a Facebook Business Manager account.
Your Facebook Business Manager account or business.facebook.com can be used to manager your Facebook and Instagram pages, ads, tracking pixels and any products you sell.

How to set up your Business Manager account
⏱Set up time: 15 minutes. If everything goes right.
Step 1: Create your account at business.facebook.com.
- Click Create Account.
- Enter a name for your business, your name and work email address and click Next.
- Enter your business details and click Submit.
Step 3: Add and manage your people.
- Go to Business Settings.
- Click People.
- Click + Add.
- Enter the work email address of the person you want to add.
- Select the role you'd like to assign them. If we're working together, please assign me Admin access.
- Click Next.
- Select each asset, like Page, Instagram, Ad Account and Pixels to provide permissions to each one. If we're working together, please assign me Admin access to each asset.
- Click Invite.
An important followup step.
Once you've sent the invite, the email Facebook sends out could take a while or even get lost in someone's spam folder.
- To avoid this click at the top, where it says "user is pending".
- Hit the Resend button.
A window will pop up with a link you can text or email to the person you're trying to give access.
- Copy this link and send it directly to the person to whom you're giving access.
That's it! 🎉
Now, you can easily manage all of your Facebook / Instagram assets and easily give and change permissions to your people.
